Extremely knowledgeable, informative on instrument options and answers all your questions ; the best part is that my ears were cleaned at the same initial visit. What an excellent visit I had at Audibel Hearing…starting with Christina the receptionist who went out of her way to make me feel like I was dealing with one of my friends to Stephanie who handled my hearing aid issue efficiently, professionaly and with an incredibly happy demeanor. The experience was fantastic from making the appointment on the phone with Kristina until being welcomed to the office. She had a friendly, accommodating, and understanding manner which put me at ease. Stephanie was competent, professional, and patient in performing her duties. She took the time to explain each step of the hearing evaluation process. She also responded to my questions with support and patience. They both make a perfect team in providing the best service possible. I recommend them because they are the best!
